DOVE® CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIE SANDWICHES
- 1 pkg (10.25 oz) brownie mix
- 1 pint DOVE® Mint Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream
1 Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line two 8-inch square baking pans with enough parchment paper to overhang edges.
2 Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Scrape into prepared pans; smooth top.
3 Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until only a few moist crumbs adhere to toothpick when inserted into center of brownie. Let cool completely in pans.
4 Let ice cream stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Spread evenly over brownie layer in pan.
5 Remove remaining brownie layer from pan; place over ice cream.
6 Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for about 4 hours or until completely frozen.
7 Remove from pan and cut into 16 squares. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 2 weeks.
8 Tip: Roll the sides of the ice cream sandwiches in candy sprinkles or finely chopped nuts for a party vibe.
