6 DOVE® PROMISES® Dark Chocolate, plus 6 to garnish
1 egg white
1/3 cup sugar
¼ tsp almond extract
1 cup almond flour

Preheat the oven to 350ºF

Finely grate six DOVE® Dark Chocolate PROMISES® Candies.

In a large bowl, use an electric whisk to blend the egg white and sugar until fluffy, adding the almond extract partway through.

Gently mix in the almond flour, then gently fold in the grated chocolate.

Roll the mixture into small balls, and place on a baking tray with plenty of space around them. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
