Easy yet impressive, this ice cream treat is the perfect after-dinner dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 DOVE Vanilla Ice Cream with Milk Chocolate
- 12 DOVE PROMISES Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Caramel
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions

1 Line 12 mini muffin cups with 5-inch square of plastic wrap.

2 Remove DOVE Vanilla Ice Cream with Milk Chocolate from package and stick, transferring ice cream to medium bowl. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to soften.

3 Using ice cream scoop or 2 spoons, scoop ice cream evenly into prepared muffin cups. Press 1 DOVE PROMISE Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Caramel into center of each scoop. Using plastic wrap to protect hands, squeeze and shape ball so that DOVE PROMISE is fully enclosed in ice cream. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.

4 Transfer cocoa powder to small bowl.

5 Unwrap ice cream balls. Roll each in cocoa powder to coat. Freeze on parchment paper–lined baking sheet until firm and ready to serve.

Tip For a delicious affogata, place tartufo in cup and pour warm brewed espresso directly over top.
