No-Bake DOVE Dark Chocolate Holiday Tarts

Easy yet elegant, this festive rich dark chocolate and mint tart makes the perfect finish to any holiday meal.
INGREDIENTS
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
- 1/3 cup heavy or whipping (35%) cream
- 24 DOVE Dark Chocolate Holiday Mint PROMISES, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 24 mint leaves, for garnish
- 24 raspberries, for garnish
Instructions for the Crust:

1 In medium bowl, toss together cookie crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated. Divide between twenty-four 1-inch mini silicone tart molds (about 1 tbsp each). Press evenly into bottom and up sides of each mold.

2 Arrange tart shells on baking sheet. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until firm and set. Keep frozen until ready to fill.

3 In small saucepan set over medium heat, bring cream to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat. Add chopped DOVE Dark Chocolate Holiday Mint PROMISES and butter. Let stand for 1 minute. Whisk until chocolate is melted and smooth.

4 Spoon filling evenly into prepared tart shells. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until filling is well chilled and set.

5 Just before serving, remove tarts from pan. Garnish each tart with a mint leaf and raspberry.

Tip Substitute garnish with dollop of whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy, if desired.
